Is this real gold or silver?
No. Everything we sell is artificial (imitation / fashion) jewellery. Words like gold-plated, silver-plated or rose-gold describe the colour or plating, not solid precious metal. Each product page lists the base metal (for example brass, alloy or copper) and the stones used.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. Every price on the site is inclusive of GST. There are no extra taxes or shipping charges at checkout.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value. We deliver only within India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your PIN code. You can check your PIN code on any product page.
How do I choose a bangle size?
Indian bangle sizes such as 2.4, 2.6 and 2.8 refer to the inner diameter in inches (2.4 ≈ 5.7 cm, 2.6 ≈ 6.1 cm, 2.8 ≈ 6.5 cm). Measure a bangle that fits you comfortably across the inside. Sizes are stated on each product page.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the package. We will arrange a replacement or refund. See our returns & refunds policy.
Can I return an item I simply don’t like?
For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins and pieces that have been worn cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or not what you ordered. Other unworn pieces in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep it away from water, perfume, sprays and sweat; wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wear; and store each piece separately in a dry box. Read more on our jewellery care page.
